First of all I want to let you know that your customer service is FIRST CLASS.
I always felt informed and notified about anything concerning our backyard project.
Even now that your work with us is finished & you were paid in full, you did not abandon us.
When I still needed your help with some things you were there and returned my calls or emails. That means a lot to me.
Thank you so much for our beautiful outdoor living area. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your help, your professionalism and your attention to detail.
You have made my/our dream a reality. You were a pleasure to work with! Dustin thanks for all the attention you brought to our project, for calling me, reassuring me and when I needed clarification
you were always so patient trying to explain things.
If it hadn’t been for you I don’t think I would have this beautiful, shady outdoor living space in my backyard.
I never felt pushed or pressured. I always felt you wanted to help us get as much of our dream as possible & still work within our budget.
Because of your enthusiasm,

Lone Star Grills
I wanted to write a note to your company expressing our appreciation and satisfaction with our new “Outdoor Kitchen”.
We have been using natural gas grills for years. We recently moved from New York where we had purchased a Lynx Natural Gas Grill some years ago which was the best grill we ever had…..until now!
The Lynx grill was great and its cost was “even greater”.
After moving here from New York we had our backyard patio area enlarged and an outdoor kitchen added by North Texas Outdoor Living.
The quality of their work was excellent. This company also sold a brand of gas grills which I hadn’t heard of before so before making a choice we wanted to first shop around to see what the “known” brands of grills cost.
We found the costs for a “known brand” quality grill had increased so much that it made the purchase of one prohibitive.
We were extremely satisfied with the work done on our backyard patio by North Texas Outdoor Living.
We decided to trust their description of the grill they carried despite never hearing of the brand.
Since the quality of their grill compared with the “high-end” grills and the prices of their grills was extremely affordable, we decided to purchase their built in natural gas grill, the 4 Burner Lone Star Grill.
Needless to say, “that we have been enjoying our outdoor kitchen for months now and the Lone Star Grill which we have been using non-stop ever since is performing even better than our Lynx grill had”.
The Lone Star Grill cooks all our foods quickly and because of its special cooking ‘features’ , the taste of the various foods we grill are enhanced!
Once again, thank you very much for making our outdoor living kitchen’ a special part of our daily lives.
